Application - These terms of sales apply, without limitation to all the services we offer. In the absence of specific arrangements stipulated by writing, ordering from Mille Sabords to attend the John Truby Masterclass, implies the full acceptance of these terms and conditions which are accessible at any time on the website. These terms of sales prevail, as appropriate, on any other version.

Refund - Any commenced class is due and cannot be refunded by any way.

Cancellation - Any cancellation after January 3, 2012 may not give rise to any refund.

Order - The registration will be considered as definitive only after full payment has been received.. Mille Sabords reserves the right to deny access to anyone who would fail to fill this obligation in full.

Recording - No recording (audio, film…) during the class is allowed.

Informatique et Libertés - All information gathered by Mille sabords is exclusively for internal use. The client has a right of access, modification, correction and deletion of personal data upon request (Art. 34 of the Data Protection Act).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction - This contract is subject to French law. Any controversy which may arise between the parties in connection about interpretation, implementation or termination of this contract will fall within the jurisdiction of the Paris courts .
